DRIVER UPDATE : Sean McDonagh

 

Sean McDonagh, an American formula driver who was sidelined most of 2009 when sponsors fell out, had a strong week preparing for next season.

 

After a full day in the hands of Rob Wilson, McDonagh met up with T-Sport, one of Formula 3’s most prominent teams, and spent two days putting the car right on pace at Rockingham and settling in with the team.

 

McDonagh said, “T-Sport is an impressive team, and we worked very well together, we got a lot out of the car, it felt great to be here.”

 

Russel Eacott of T-Sport said “For a driver who hasn’t been in the car for sometime, we were very, very happy with his performance, he was spot on race pace, making strong adjustments every time we asked for it.”

 

McDonagh spoke about the F3 season ahead, “We’re working on all aspects of my driving, and talking with people about a run in F3 here in England. I’m really looking forward to this next step. “
