James Winslow enjoyed an invite to test with Sonic Motorsport at Winton Raceway in Melbourne, on 16 December 2009.

 

Winslow drove the Ex Triple 8 and 2008 V8 Supercar Championship winning chassis, which is now owned and run by Sonic. Winslow again ran very strongly in the new machinery as he and the team look to put a deal together for the 2010 season.

 

'The last few weeks have been great, after the strong debut at the Sydney Telstra 500 we have been invited to drive for some great teams and cars, V8 Supercars is a great series and the cars seem to really suit my driving style, I have been offered a few very good seats with V8's for next year, I'm looking forward to seeing what the future will bring and where we will be in 2010 it's a very exciting time' Winslow said.
